(Nasdaq: AHAA) will present at the Credit Suisse First Boston Semiconductor and Semiconductor Capital Equipment Conference at 10:15 a.m. ET Friday, February 22, 2002 at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. At the conference, Chief Executive Officer David Aldrich and Chief Financial Officer Paul Vincent will review Alpha's third quarter fiscal 2002 performance and discuss the Company's definitive agreement to combine Conexant Systems, Inc.'s wireless business with Alpha.
