Skyworks Ramps Highly Integrated Base Station Solutions at HuaweiWOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 2007--Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:SWKS), an innovator of high performance analog and mixed signal semiconductors enabling mobile connectivity, today announced that Huawei, a rapidly emerging leader in network infrastructure, is leveraging multiple devices from its portfolio including downconverters, front-end modules, power amplifiers, attenuators and switches, for both GSM and WCDMA base station platforms. Over the last several years, Huawei has partnered with some of the world's top telecommunication operators and gained market share. As a result, Skyworks' sales to Huawei have tripled since 2004 and continue to trend higher based on Huawei's increasing traction amongst worldwide carriers.
