Skyworks Receives Mexico's Prestigious National Export Award; President Vicente Fox Recognizes Skyworks for Contributions and Performance of Mexicali Maquiladora

The National Export Award has been given annually since 1993 by Mexico's Secretariat of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce). The award recognizes small, medium and large businesses in the agricultural, manufacturing and service sectors that have made outstanding contributions to the quantity, quality and diversity of the goods and services that Mexico provides to global markets.
Skyworks' Mexicali maquiladora facility is ISO 9001:2000 certified, employs approximately 2,000 people and produces more than 800 million units per year including components, modules, subsystems and complete cellular system solutions.
