Skyworks Prices Offering of 9.2 Million Shares of Common Stock WOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 2003--Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:SWKS) announced today that it priced an offering of 9.2 million shares of common stock at a price of $11.50 per share and has granted Credit Suisse First Boston, the sole bookrunner for this offering, a 15 percent over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 1.38 million shares of its common stock. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be approximately $102 million, excluding any exercise of the over-allotment option. Skyworks intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of its shares for general corporate purposes.

The closing of the offering is expected to occur on Sept. 12, 2003, and is subject to customary closing conditions. The shares of common stock will be sold pursuant to Skyworks' shelf registration statement, which was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on Aug. 28, 2003.
